This is a shout out to Ben. He did a triathlon this last weekend. He did great, especially for spending all of his time the last few months getting ready to apply to school. Eliza and I had fun running up and down the course and missed our family who usually is there! She missed the finish - but saw the transitions and would cheer as Ben quickly passed us.
