TRIBES

This week I have had the privilege thus far to participate in a training called Tribes. It is a fantastic training for school teachers. In the training you learn all about building community in your class. The class goes from 8-4 M-Th, and then I will be trained! I love the class, especially learning about communication. It is so applicable in teaching, marriage, and all relationships. With what happened in Virginia yesterday this class seems to mean even more to me because this class is all about making everyone feel involved! It seems like the shooter was missing the element of belonging. Anyway, this class has been very powerful and I am glad I can have this training now before I start teaching! Whao- this posting stuff is sorta fun!
