picture taken by Ben this week- pretty neat huh!Hello summer! 2 days left of school. The kids are DONE, I am DONE and the classroom is almost DONE. It takes time clearing everything away and cutting threw the year of lessons. It has been an amazing year. If I was not having a baby I would be happily going back this fall to continue teaching. I can tell the students are done because they have stopped listening completely! I say to them a few times a day, "Boys and girls, I am still your teacher and we are still at school." I get a couple of minutes of undivided attention (okay not from "those" children who have never paid attention) then it is back to chit chatting. It has been a great year and I will actually miss my students very much. The things they come up with are just hilarious and so honest. So, I am saying goodbye to third grade this week and hello to infancy.
haha..I know how that feels! My students are ignoring me! We're so excited for you and the upcoming addition to your cute family!
